- Dispute Management: Investigating and reconciling discrepancies between TMS data, Bills of Lading (BOL), and carrier invoices to resolve "buy-rate" variances.
- Carrier Partnership: Managing the payment lifecycle to ensure carriers are paid on time, capturing discounts, and resolving escalated billing issues to maintain a healthy RXO partner network.
- Financial Integrity: Reconciling the AP ledger for freight spends, preparing month-end accrual reports, and supporting the resolution of any financial discrepancies.
- Continuous Improvement: Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to suggest automation or workflow enhancements within our digital tools to increase efficiency.
- Collaboration: Working cross-functionally with Procurement, Operations, and AR to streamline the "Quote-to-Pay" cycle.
