YOU WILL BE:
As an Analyst, Planning Analytics & Reporting, you will play a key role in supporting the Planning function with data-driven insights and scalable reporting solutions. You will work cross-functionally with Planning, Merchandising, Allocation teams to provide visibility into business performance, develop dashboards, and drive decision-making through accurate, timely, and actionable analysis. This is a critical role for enabling data-informed strategies and enhancing reporting capabilities across the organization
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Reporting Development & Maintenance
Build, automate, and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to support business operations, sales trends, inventory metrics, and financial performance.
Ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and consistency across all outputs.
Support ad-hoc reporting needs across Planning, Buying, and Executive teams.
Business Performance Analysis
Analyze key performance indicators (e.g., sales, margin, turn, sell-through, weeks of supply) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Translate complex datasets into clear and concise summaries for cross-functional partners.
Help monitor in-season performance and provide data to support course-correction decisions.
Tool & System Support
Support the optimization of reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel-based tools) and help identify automation opportunities.
Partner cross-functionally to improve data access, structure, and usability.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Planners, Merchants, and Operational leaders to gather requirements and deliver insights tailored to their needs.
Assist in presentations and storytelling using data to influence decisions and strategic planning efforts
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):
2–4 years of experience in analytics, planning, reporting, or a similar role—preferably in retail, fashion, or consumer goods.
Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred:
Experience supporting planning or merchandising functions.
Familiarity with planning or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, JDA).
A passion for turning data into insights that drive business value.
