Job Overview:
The Analyst, Advisory Accounting is a subject matter expert in Performance and Rata Recon. This role assists with departmental and team projects to ensure consistency in support and positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Leading optimization efforts for the team; finding pain points with current processes and documenting ideas and feedback to make processes more efficient using Lean Six Sigma strategies
- Helping the team meet goals and deadlines by having a flexible work schedule and moving to tasks that need more attention
- Performing investment sleeve transaction accounting and reconciliation across all advisory accounts
- Completing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new software content, fixing defects, and implementing enhancements
- Supporting Analytical escalations and generating a plan to resolve system issues in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Finance preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite with advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Strong multi-sleeve level reconciliation skills
- Understanding of complex financial vehicles
- Knowledge of Agile project management
- JIRA issue and project tracking
- Familiarity with UAT
- Basic understanding of time- and money-weighted performance calculation
- Understanding of root cause analysis
- SQL knowledge
- Experience in database management

- Strong attention to detail and process orientation with a proactive approach to solving and preventing problems
- Present strong leadership and mentorship skills

- Basic Bloomberg knowledge preferred
- SIE Certification
Pay Range:
$25.64-$42.73/hour
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
