Cash Application and Management:
- Performing daily trade and non-trade receipt creation and allocation in accordance with service level agreements.
- Managing the shared mailbox and remittance advice received from customers, systematically capture and archive remittance advice to ensure a seamless audit trail.
- Perform customer reconciliation and collaborate closely with stakeholders and the collection team to resolve unapplied and unidentified transactions.
- Preparing various journals related to Accounts Receivable such as refunds and adjustments
- Working in conjunction with the Accounts Payable team to perform monthly contra and refund entries.
Reporting, Month-End Closing, and Project Involvement:
- Preparing and analyzing reports relevant to cash application.
- Actively participating in driving C-IMP projects such as AI advancement.
- Provide support for month-end closing activities, such as updating the unapplied receipt report.
Experience: Prior experience of 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, audit, commercial accounting, or shared services accounting is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Education: A degree in Accounting/Finance or an equivalent qualification.
Skills: Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
Work Ethic: A team player who takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
