  • Supports access-review, audit, control-testing, and compliance activities by providing complete, accurate, and timely documentation or evidence.
  • Helps ensure that sensitive and PII-related access is provisioned only after required approvals and validations have been completed.
  • Identifies potential control gaps, processing risks, and inconsistent access conditions and escalates concerns through the appropriate channels.
  • Maintains accurate records of access requests, approvals, provisioning decisions, exceptions, and remediation activities.
  • Monitors request volumes, case activity, aging, service-level performance, and other operational measures across supported tools and work queues.

  • Documents business rules, access requirements, provisioning logic, operational procedures, and exception-handling requirements.
  • Translates business and control requirements into actionable workflow requirements, provisioning configurations, and process improvements.
  • Evaluates the potential impact of access-policy, job-code, system, workflow, or configuration changes on related processes and supported users.
  • Supports testing and business validation for access-management enhancements, system changes, and automated provisioning improvements.
  • Creates clearly defined success measures for new or revised processes and establishes plans to monitor performance and results.
  • Serves as a liaison among business partners, system owners, security teams, technology teams, audit partners, and access-management teams.
  • Communicates access requirements, request status, exceptions, risks, and resolution plans clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Facilitates cross-functional alignment on access standards, operating procedures, escalation paths, service expectations, and process improvements.
  • Leads assigned projects or workstreams with limited guidance and provided directions to other team members as needed.
  • Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
