Job Description:
O Analista Técnico de serviços é responsável por apoiar, solucionar e responder os clientes da unidade de negócio Spark para proporcionar um rápido atendimento e boa experiência com a marca, seguindo os indicadores de performance e dando resoluções de atendimento técnico ao cliente final.
- Realizar cadastro de clientes no sistema nos Softwares da empresa para estarem aptos a colocar ordem de vendas;
- Solucionar dúvidas de operacionalização dos sistemas DTX e Spark Approval
- Resolver cancelamento de pedidos intermediando o processo com a fábrica em Mexicali, México ou com a Fábrica dos Estados Unidos.
- Realizar serviços, reparos e/ou instalação de produtos ou soluções de software no local do cliente.
- Diagnosticar falhas no sistema e determinar resoluções de problemas.
- Escalonar problemas complexos para um nível superior de suporte técnico ou sistema de relatórios de qualidade.
- Responder a chamadas de suporte ao cliente dentro de um território designado.
Job Requirements:
- Conhecimento prévio sobre o sistema CRM
- Experiências anteriores com atendimento ao cliente
- Desejável inglês e espanhol
