En un día normal tendrás que:
Brindarás soporte técnico especializado a las áreas comercial y operativa durante las etapas de preventa, definición de soluciones y ejecución de proyectos, asegurando la adecuada selección de productos, viabilidad técnica, estructuración de costos y una transición ordenada hacia la fase de implementación, en alineación con los lineamientos técnicos, comerciales y de calidad de la compañía.
Brindar soporte técnico al área comercial en la definición de soluciones, selección de productos y especificaciones técnicas durante la etapa de preventa.
Interactuar con fábricas, proveedores y áreas internas para validar alcance, viabilidad técnica y alineación con los requerimientos de cada proyecto.
Analizar, validar y dar soporte en la estimación de costos, asegurando el cumplimiento de márgenes y condiciones comerciales.
Gestionar la liberación técnica de proyectos hacia fábrica u operación, verificando hitos contractuales y requisitos financieros.
Facilitar la transición de proyectos hacia el área operativa mediante la estructuración y entrega de documentación técnica (paquete SIP u otros).
Elaborar y gestionar documentación técnico-comercial como planos, memorandos, especificaciones y pedidos.
Brindar soporte técnico a clientes y áreas internas mediante respuestas formales, reuniones técnicas y acompañamiento en visitas de obra cuando aplique.
Apoyar proyectos especiales, no estándar o de mayor complejidad, incluyendo licitaciones y estudios técnicos específicos.
Desarrollar y gestionar información gráfica y planimetría 2D y 3D, incluyendo coordinación BIM cuando sea requerido.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos del Sistema Integrado de Gestión (Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente).

Educación: Profesional en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura o carreras afines.
Experiencia mínima de 1 año en soporte técnico a procesos comerciales o proyectos.
Conocimientos y habilidades: Lectura e interpretación de especificaciones técnicas. Elaboración y revisión de planimetría 2D y 3D. Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (nivel intermedio o avanzado). Conocimientos en AutoCAD y Revit. Deseable experiencia o conocimientos en metodología BIM.
Inglés intermedio o avanzado.
