Resumen
Analyze and report on capital investment projections, cash flows, depreciation forecasts, and P&L impacts budgets in the short and mid-term. Track ongoing capital projects, prevent overspending, and deliver accurate financial details to upper management. Additionally, coordinate FP&A processes with business partners in Capital Projects, managing P&L related to Capital Expenses across all CBI Beer Ops sites. Requires advanced financial modeling, data analytics, and business partnering skills. Emphasize leadership, continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and strong business acumen
Responsabilidades
1 Review and evaluation of capital projects, seeking the compliance with the capital policy and strategies of the company.
2 Prepare short term (weekly) financial projections of Capex cash flow to be reported to corporate treasury
3 Prepare financial decks for upper management on any required topic of the Beer Division capital projects, such as Expansion Deck Status, Capital Approval Requests and others.
4 Monthly and weekly cash out of capital projects and reconciliation with treasury team to report to engineering team
5 Prepare and aligment of total forecast by project trought the reconciliation of cost report, sundry report and contingencies in order to do a correct tracking of approved amounts of expansion projects
6 In charge of report and follow up the P&L Impacts on an monthly basis, seeking risks and opportunities with the support of the Capex Head of each Site
7 In charge of report and forecast the depreciation figures for each entity, also seeking for possible risks and opportunity on a short-term
8 Responsible for coordination, request, consolidate and provide analysis for FP&A Bussines Cycle (Plan, LE's and LRP) to the corresponding lines of P&L and BS (CAPEX, Depreciation and P&L associated to the capital projects)
9 Responsible for provide an financial advice to the corresponding areas when some assets are being considered to be lease instead acquisition, giving an outlook of the advantages and disadvantages
10 Support to the bussines partners in the Capital Approval resquest submissions.
