The Role

O Analista Sênior transforma estimativas de dados em resultados valiosos para os clientes, incorporando insights e expertise do setor local para criar narrativas convincentes. Essa função envolve o engajamento regular com o cliente, a construção e a manutenção de relacionamentos sólidos e a identificação de oportunidades para transformar as necessidades do cliente em crescimento para novos negócios. 

Deveres & responsabilidades 

  • Colaborar com equipes comerciais para construir e manter relacionamentos de longo prazo com clientes importantes, atuando como líder de pesquisa. 
  • Fazer parceria com a equipe de Atendimento ao Cliente para transformar as dúvidas dos clientes em novas oportunidades, promovendo um envolvimento mais profundo e impulsionando resultados de "círculo virtuoso". 
  • Envolver-se em esforços de comunicação e relações públicas, incluindo participação em conferências, contribuição para publicações comerciais e representação da empresa em compromissos do Passport Plus. 
  • Realizar pesquisas primárias para reunir insights críticos do setor, facilitando trocas de alto valor que fortalecem relacionamentos mutuamente benéficos. 
  • Compartilhar descobertas de pesquisas primárias e interações com clientes com equipes de pesquisa regionais, analisando impactos em grandes conjuntos de dados, como tamanhos de mercado, participações de marcas e dados de distribuição. 
  • Preparar relatórios detalhados que informam a tomada de decisões estratégicas dos clientes. 
  • Fornecer insights e conteúdo baseados em dados, oferecendo narrativas personalizadas que melhoram a compreensão do cliente e reforçam a confiança em nossa pesquisa. 

Requirements
  • Curiosidade com paixão por aprender, resolver problemas e fazer a diferença, combinada com flexibilidade, capacidade de abraçar a diversidade e ser adaptável à mudança 
  • Raciocínio analítico com fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas, orientado a processos e aprendizado rápido 
  • Excelente comunicador com boas habilidades de escuta e abertura a novas ideias 
  • Habilidades para trabalho em equipe com abordagem colaborativa e transparente, capaz de trabalhar em um ambiente global 
  • Proficiência em inglês (com outras línguas como vantagem), combinada com um alto nível de conhecimento numérico e confiança para envolver fontes comerciais para obter insights adicionais 
  • Sólidos conhecimentos de informática, especialmente em MS PowerPoint, Word e Excel, com experiência em ferramentas como Power BI e Tableau
