Planejar e executar campanhas 360° para consumidor final e força de vendas: Integrar mídia, trade, digital, PR e influenciadores com foco em awareness e conversão;
Analisar performance, tendências de mercado e comportamento do consumidor para guiar decisões de marca;
Desenvolver storytelling e key messages que reforcem posicionamento que gerem valor para consumidores fiéis e novos;
Liderar o dia a dia com os principais stakeholders internos e fornecedores, garantindo prazo, qualidade e budget;
Assegurar consistência de marca em todos os pontos de contato: venda direta, ponto de venda e digital.
Requisitos:
Experiência com gestão de marca e campanhas 360°;
Transitar bem entre dados e storytelling;
Conhecimento em brand awareness, share of voice e métricas de branding;
Boa comunicação e habilidade para conectar áreas: trade, produto, digital e agências;
Hands-on e ownership: faz acontecer de ponta a ponta;
Organização e prioridade de projetos;
Perfil mão na massa com pensamento estratégico;
Experiência com gestão de múltiplos projetos simultâneos.
