You will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst to maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting. You will also collect data and perform detailed checks/controls.
How you will contribute
You will:
  • Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and prepare data integrity checks
  • Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
  • Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst
  • Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

O Business Partner de Commercial Finance atua como um parceiro estratégico da área comercial, impulsionando o desempenho financeiro e a rentabilidade das vendas. Suas principais responsabilidades incluem:
  • Análise Financeira e Reporting: Elaborar e analisar relatórios financeiros de vendas, fornecendo insights acionáveis para otimizar resultados e identificar oportunidades de crescimento.
  • Gestão de Trade Incentives: Gerenciar o orçamento de trade incentives, garantindo a alocação eficiente e a transferência estratégica de recursos entre clientes ao longo do trimestre.
  • Análise de Negociações Comerciais: Liderar a análise financeira das negociações anuais com clientes, assegurando a renovação de contratos de forma sustentável e alinhada aos objetivos da empresa.
  • Compliance, eficiência e melhoria contínua nos processos financeiros: Atuar como guardião de controles internos, conformidade e qualidade dos dados.

Educação:
  • Formação acadêmica em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia de Produção, Finanças, Matemática Aplicada ou áreas correlatas.

Requisitos específicos do trabalho:
  • Experiência em empresas de bens de consumo e/ou varejo.
  • Análise financeira sólida: experiência com relatórios de vendas, P&L, modelagem financeira, forecast/planning.
  • Gestão de trade incentives / orçamento comercial: saber alocar verba entre clientes, acompanhar execução ao longo do trimestre e medir impacto.
  • Suportar negociações comerciais: vivência em preparar análises e cenários financeiros para contratos e renovações.
  • Domínio de ferramentas de dados (Excel avançado, sistemas de FP&A, ERPs ou BI).
  • Mentalidade de melhoria contínua / digita: buscar formas mais eficientes e inovadoras de trabalhar.
  • Integridade: atuar com ética e alinhamento a políticas.
