Nesse cargo, suas responsabilidades serão:

  • Responsabilidade pelo Setor: Coordenar e garantir a acuracidade de todo o fluxo de Planejamento, Programação e Controle da Produção (PPCP).
  • Automação de Processos: Desenvolver, implementar e liderar projetos de automação para a emissão, liberação e controle de Ordens de Produção (OPs), reduzindo tarefas manuais e erros no sistema (ERP).
  • Cronoanálise e Capacidade: Realizar cálculos avançados de tempo de máquina, tempos de produção, balanceamento de linhas e setup, garantindo a maximização do OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
  • Master Scheduling (MPS/MRP): Desenvolver o plano mestre de produção alinhado à demanda de vendas, capacidade fabril e níveis de estoque.
  • Otimização de Processos: Identificar gargalos produtivos e propor melhorias contínuas utilizando metodologias como Lean Manufacturing, visando o aumento de produtividade e redução de Lead Time.
  • Interface Estratégica: Atuar como ponto focal entre a Produção, Engenharia de Processos, Compras e Logística para garantir o cumprimento do plano de produção.

Para este cargo, você precisará: 

  • Formação: Graduação completa em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica, Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência: Sólida vivência sênior no setor industrial de manufatura (preferencialmente em indústrias de alta complexidade, automação ou componentes industriais).
  • Conhecimento Técnico: Domínio profundo em rotinas de PPCP, cálculo de capacidade produtiva, tempos e métodos.
  • Sistemas: Forte domínio e experiência na automação e parametrização de módulos de produção em sistemas ERP de grande porte (ex: SAP, Oracle, TOTVS). Excel avançado é indispensável.
  • Perfil Comportamental: Perfil voltado para inovação, forte capacidade analítica, autonomia para gerenciar processos e excelente comunicação para transitar entre o chão de fábrica e a liderança.

 

Qualificações preferenciais que o diferenciam:

  • Inglês avançado ou fluente (devido ao ambiente multinacional).
  • Certificação Green Belt ou Black Belt em Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de Business Intelligence (Power BI) aplicadas à produção.

Skills Required
