You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

Responsabilidades e atribuições
  • Gerenciar o processo de oferta - enviando a documentação do novo contratado, incluindo cartas de oferta e listas documentação;

  • Realizar cadastro de admissões no sistema ADP, conferindo documentações obrigatórias, acompanhando exames admissionais e garantindo a correta atualização das informações cadastrais.

  • Garantir que o novo contratado preencha toda a documentação de admissão necessária de forma eficiente e correta e se comunique com as equipes internas e externas durante todo o processo.

  • Controlar e organizar o processo de admissão, incluindo solicitação de acessos à TI, crachá, e controle de estoques de kits de integração;

  • Realizar lançamentos e controles relacionados a benefícios, conferindo valores, elegibilidade e correta alocação em centro de custo;

  • Apoiar a gestão de movimentações internas, garantindo atualização correta de cargo, departamento e centro de custo no sistema;

  • Elaborar planilhas de controle e relatórios operacionais da área, assegurando organização, rastreabilidade e confiabilidade das informações;

  • Apoiar o cumprimento dos prazos legais relacionados a admissões,

  • Apoiar processos de auditoria interna disponibilizando informações e documentações relacionadas às rotinas de pessoal;

  • Interagir com o time de recrutamento das áreas de negócio, garantindo sua preparação para as entrevistas;

  • Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua de processos de admissão

Requisitos e qualificações
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em São Paulo (Berrini) três vezes por semana

  • Inglês Avançado (escrita e conversação) para participação de reuniões

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Gestão de RH, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;

  • Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office (Excel, Power Point, PowerBI)

  • Conhecimento com processos de Departamento Pessoal (admissão)

Será um plus
  • Vivência anterior com identificação de melhoria contínua de processos

  • Conhecimento de Workday e ADP
