The Supply Planning Assistant for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supply planning activities, from the planning of needs based on the analysis of the installed base and customer needs, service stock control, placement of purchase requisitions, monitoring of import orders to availability in stock, also follow standard work of spare parts movement and logistics.
This position is part of the Service Brazil located in Parque da Cidade, São Paulo - BRA and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Customer Care Center Service Brazil team and report to the Customer Care Center Manager Brazil responsible for service parts planning, service stock and parts movement, if you thrive in a collaborative position, work in partnership with service to support the customer needs and want to work to build a world-class Customer Service organization—read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Spare Parts Planning, execute service inventory strategy according to the installed base. will be responsible for spare parts consumption study and spare parts planning, evaluating the necessary safety stock for that product considering all variables (lead time, modal, customer needs and SLA, etc.). Control the safety stocks that must be kept in the distribution center, Car Stock and any other location, considering the installed base and possible parts necessary for maintenance, including be prepared for audits and delivering on time aligned with service and customer needs. Will be responsible for the management of Excess and Obsolescence (E&O), making the quarterly projection and drawing up an action and execution plan to minimize the impacts on the P&L.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Education: Graduating in Engineering, Administration or related,
- >2 years of experience with supply chain management
- Proficient, Microsoft Office, Excel Expert, ERS such as Sales Force and Oracle (or related)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Previous Supply Chain and Logistics experience in Healthcare Market
