Lograr los niveles de eficiencia operacional que permitan entregar los productos con oportunidad y calidad acordados con los clientes, dentro de los costos establecidos; controlando, que se cumplan los ciclos tanto en los procesos logísticos como administrativos.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

  • Trabajar con el equipo de global trade para coordinar la llegada de mercancía al operador 3PL una vez obtenida liberación de aduana.
  • Asegurar la visibilidad de la información con respecto a producto, suministrada por las otras áreas funcionales y equipos de international supply chain.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los tiempos requeridos para los procesos logísticos inboud con el 3PL.
  • Velar por el correcto cobro que derive del transporte local que causen las operaciones de comercio exterior.
  • Anticipar las necesidades de información que se requieran de otras áreas funcionales para la óptima ejecución de tareas con el operador 3PL.
  • Gestionar las operaciones de recepción y acondicionamiento de dispositivos y equipos médicos priorizando las necesidades comerciales de la compañía, asegurando la disponibilidad de producto.
  • Desarrollar y mantener bases de información que incrementan la visibilidad end to end de la cadena de suministro.
  • Desarrollo integral de indicadores de gestión en conjunto con el operador 3PL para operaciones inbound, acondicionamiento, nivel de servicio, transporte outbound y logística reversa.
  • Trabajo de mejora continua.
  • Las demás funciones que se deriven de la operación en Colombia.

Experiencia Profesional: entre 2 a 4 años en áreas de operaciones, logística, transporte o servicio al cliente desarrollando actividades end to end de la cadena de suministro, administrando KPI’s y generando reportes y tableros de mando.

Estudios Requeridos:

  • Profesional en áreas administrativas, logística, ingeniería industrial preferible
  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas: Excel Avanzado (Power Query, Power Pivot, etc.) – Microsoft office en general ,  Tableau  y Power BI es un plus.
  • Habilidades en análisis y transformación de datos.
  • Manejo del idioma inglés fluido intermedio avanzado (B2).

COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS SENIOR ANALYST

GENERAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for operational efficiencies levels compliance that allows correct product delivery & quality agreements with clients according to the stablished costs; control the administrative and logistic processes.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

  • Work with global trade team to coordinate products arrival to 3PL warehouse once customs process has been completed.
  • Ensure information and visibility for products availability, input received from other functional areas and international supply chain teams.
  • Ensure agreed times for logistic processes (receipt, value added services, etc) are met.
  • Ensure the correct billing of local transport when delivering products imported to Colombia from port to 3PL warehouse.
  • Anticipate the information needs required from others functional areas for an optimal task execution with 3PL.
  • Manage and control receipt and labelling process of medical devices having the company’s commercial priorities in mind, ensuring product availability.
  • Develop and maintain data bases that helps increase end-to-end supply chain visibility.
  • Develop KPI’s along with 3PL for Inbound, labelling, service levels, last mile delivery and returns.
  • Continuous improvement work.
  • Other functions within Colombia’s operations.

Professional Experience: 2 to  4 years of experience on operations, logistics, transport and/or customer service developing and executing supply chain end-to-end activities, managing KPI’s, generating reports and balance scorecards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree on business administration, logistics, industrial engineering, International Business or related preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot).
  • Strong knowledge on data analysis and transformation.
  • Fluent English intermediate advanced (B2)
