YOUR MISSIONDiseñar e implementar un sistema robusto de tiempos estándar.
- Ejecutar estudios de tiempos y movimientos.
- Mantener bases de datos de tiempos estándar.
- Liderar proyectos de mejora en múltiples líneas.
- Realizar balanceo de líneas según takt time.
- Detectar y eliminar cuellos de botella.
- Participar en rediseño de layout y flujo.
- Coordinar mejoras con supervisores y líderes.
- Estandarizar métodos en toda la planta.
- Capacitar a supervisores y operarios.
- Implementar herramientas Lean (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM).
- Identificar oportunidades de inversión en maquinaria, automatización y herramientas.
- Elaborar business cases con análisis de ROI, payback y costo-beneficio.
- Priorizar iniciativas según impacto económico.
- Justificar inversiones ante dirección y finanzas.
- Asegurar correcta implementación y seguimiento de resultados.
YOUR TALENT- Ingeniero/a o estudiante avanzado/a de carreras de Ingeniería o afines.
- experiencia en medición de tiempos, análisis y mejora de métodos, balanceo de líneas y Lean Manufacturing. (deseable no excluyente)
- Valoramos conocimientos en ergonomía, ROI/CAPEX y manejo de Excel/Power BI.
Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados, con liderazgo transversal, influencia y habilidades de comunicación.
