Job Description:

• Dar seguimiento puntual a los planes tácticos de marketing, cronogramas y entregables.
• Coordinar procesos de aprobación con áreas internas (Legal, Compliance, Medical, Regulatory).
• Asegurar el correcto control documental de materiales promocionales y actividades.
• Dar seguimiento a proveedores y agencias para asegurar cumplimiento en tiempo y forma.
• Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes de seguimiento, KPIs y estatus de iniciativas.
• Mantener orden administrativo y trazabilidad de actividades de marketing.
• Identificar riesgos de retrasos o desviaciones y escalar oportunamente al Product Manager.

REQUISITOS

• Experiencia previa dando soporte a equipos de marketing o producto en la industria farmacéutica.
• Familiaridad con procesos de aprobación de materiales promocionales (Legal, Compliance, Medical, Regulatory).
• Experiencia básica en control documental, seguimiento presupuestal y coordinación con proveedores o agencias.
• Conocimiento básico de reportes, KPIs de seguimiento y herramientas de control administrativo.
• Experiencia trabajando en entornos matriciales y con múltiples stakeholders.
• Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración, Comunicación, Negocios, Ciencias de la Salud o carrera afín.
• Formación complementaria en herramientas digitales, control de procesos o metodologías de trabajo (ej. Excel, herramientas de gestión de tareas, marketing digital básico).
•Inglés intermedio,
