Key Responsibilities
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES
- Apoyar en la asignación de rutas y unidades conforme a la programación establecida por el Coordinador.
- Dar seguimiento a las entregas y recolecciones, manteniendo comunicación con operadores y clientes internos.
- Apoyar en la coordinación de citas de carga y descarga con clientes y proveedores.
- Registrar información de servicios, viajes, incidencias y evidencias en el ERP o sistema correspondiente.
- Controlar y archivar evidencias de entrega (POD) de manera física y digital.
- Monitorear el estatus de rutas en tránsito y reportar desviaciones o incidencias.
- Apoyar en el control de entradas y salidas de unidades del patio o centro de distribución.
- Validar que las unidades cuenten con la documentación necesaria antes de salida (checklist, combustible, etc.).
- Dar seguimiento a la comprobación de viáticos y captura de gastos en sistema.
- Apoyar en la gestión de fletes externos y coordinación de maniobras.
- Elaborar reportes operativos diarios (viajes, cumplimiento, incidencias).
- Apoyar en el seguimiento a la facturación de servicios y generación de requisiciones.
- Verificar el correcto uso de EPP del personal operativo.
- Apoyar en el control básico de combustible y rendimiento de unidades.
- Mantener actualizados los controles de operación (bitácoras, formatos, checklists).
- Participar en la identificación de mejoras operativas dentro del proceso logístico.
- Mantener el orden, limpieza y control documental del área.
- Realizar otras actividades asignadas por el Coordinador de Distribución.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
EDUCACIÓN Y CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS
Nivel educativo:
- Técnico o Licenciatura trunca/pasante en Logística, Transporte, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.
- 1 a 2 años en áreas de logística, distribución, almacén o transporte.
HABILIDADES Y COMPETENCIAS REQUERIDAS
- Manejo básico de ERP (JDE, SAP, Oracle o similar)
- Conocimiento general de rutas locales y foráneas
- Control de documentos logísticos (POD, cartas porte, etc.)
- Manejo de Excel intermedio
- Seguimiento de indicadores operativos (KPI básicos)
- Organización y control
- Trabajo en equipo
- Comunicación efectiva
- Atención al detalle
- Sentido de urgencia
