Join our finance team as a Cost Accountant I, where you'll contribute to maintaining financial accuracy and compliance while supporting key business decisions. You'll collect and analyze financial information to prepare detailed reports and statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analyses. Working with modern accounting systems, you'll maintain general ledger accounts, process journal entries, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly documented. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your accounting expertise while contributing to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree required, no prior experience required
• Preferred Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bilingual skills may be beneficial
• Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Capability to perform reconciliations and identify discrepancies
• Ability to respond to audit requests with accurate and complete support
