Resumen
The Associate Analyst, Compensation supports the Compensation team in delivering compensation processes and programs to our client groups. This role is designed to provide administrative and analytical support, ensuring the execution of compensation processes and activities, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
Responsabilidades
1. Perform reviews and audits on employee compensation information (such as comp plan eligibility, targets, comp grade profiles, job levels, compensation change events, etc.) and work with Compensations Partners, HRIS and ECC to maintain accurate, timely and up-to-date compensation records and documentation.
2. Administer Job Profile utilization by creating, updating, inactivating, and auditing job profiles to validate adherence to guidelines.
3. Assist the Compensation Manager in supporting the Beer Operations client group by executing a variety of activities, including but not limited to collecting and analyzing data, generating reports, validating that compensation changes adhere to guidelines, and maintaining a matrix of relevant union contract information.
4. Administer the team’s internal controls and documentation, ensuring databases, historical records, documents, files, and directories are up to date and accessible to all team members.
5. Respond to basic compensation-related inquiries from HR teams such as Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, ECC, HRIS and Labor Relations, providing accurate and timely information.
6. Execute the calculation of the Quarterly Bonus under close supervision of the Compensation Manager, ensuring related activities are performed according to timeline.
7. Execute assigned tasks as part of the global compensation processes, delivering expected outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
8. Assist in the preparation and submission of information for cyclical and ad-hoc survey participation, building matrices and correlations to facilitate data collection, and auditing job matching usage in MarketPay.
9. Support the development and delivery of compensation training materials and communications for employees, managers, and HR, as needed.
10. Participate in process improvement initiatives by developing tools, process automation, metrics, etc., that contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.
