AML&Compliance Specialist

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

• Onboarding new e-com merchants and agents;
• Ongoing monitoring of merchants’ traffic and conducting regular test purchases;
• Conducting regular e-com merchants review (including website, traffic and corporate documents review);
• Ongoing monitoring of current web-sites of all the clients regarding the contractual obligations and whether they have been met;
• Evaluating and researching potential risks that arise when working with the traffic of the client;
• Evaluating the risks when creating a new contract with the client;
• Overseeing the register of already completed checks;
• Creating reports for other teams to work with.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AML, compliance, or a related role 
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations, KYC procedures, and compliance best practices
• Experience working with and presenting to regulators and auditors
• Familiarity with transaction monitoring systems and processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable learning new software tools
• Good knowledge of English and russian language
