Job Description:
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the business objectives in the Americas region, ensuring alignment with the global HR vision and company values.
Business Partnership: Serve as a strategic advisor to regional business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, and leadership development.
Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, employee development, and retention initiatives to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Employee Experience & Culture: Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. Build a strong, cohesive culture across diverse geographies and teams.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations across all countries in the region. Manage risk by implementing sound HR governance, policies, and controls.
Team Leadership: Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR organization by attracting, selecting and retaining top-tier talent across a geographically distributed team across the Americas, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver strategic and operational excellence. Facilitate HR communications and reporting.
Operational Excellence: Oversee compensation and benefits, performance management, HR analytics, and systems implementation in coordination with global COEs (Centers of Excellence).
Change Management: Support organizational transformations, mergers/acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives as needed across the region.
Job Requirements:
15 years of experience in the field of HR Management. The employee is required to travel up to 15% of the time.
10 years of experience in national and international senior leadership teams, directly steering the HR agenda to support business results.
10 years HR generalist with experience especially in business partnering and talent management (recruitment and development) ideally acquired in a fast-growing modern complex organization.
10 years of experience in leading transformations, know-how in transforming an administrative HR organization to a high performing organization.
10 years of strong business acumen with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
10 years of consulting with executives regarding policy decisions impacting internal regulations using critical thinking skills.
10 years of experience leading ethical committees and HR related compliance topics internationally.
10 years of experience in global management, including collaborating with individuals, executive leadership teams, and HR corporate teams across diverse roles and cultural backgrounds, within a complex organizational structure.
5 years proven experience managing HR functions across multiple countries. Consolidated experience leading teams of HR professionals and managers.
