Job Description Summary
The TDS Global Operations role is responsible for delivering and ensuring the CW TDS operations across all global Infrastructure functions (office, branch, client ) as well as hosted (Data Center and Cloud) as a service and support operation to our business to ensure continued service excellence.
The role(s) have split responsibility for the following key areas of operation;
· Infrastructure
· Network and Security

Responsibilities
- Liaison with vendors and suppliers across that provide solutions and services to CW globally.
- Liaison with all Service Line leads within the business as required across Global TDS leadership and cross-functional leaders
- Accountable to validate infrastructure technology solutions and oversee implementation and execution which is delivered by our managed partner.
- Ensures adherence to Service Management Processes by the Global Service Delivery Team
- Ensure the required level of Service Management provisioning is in place to support the required service delivery and support requirements
- Ability to align service delivery execution to a global roadmap and strategy across all lines of service.
- Act as the functional / Technical manager for all service management processes, being the escalation point for process owners and holding accountability for our core partner network (Services that are outsourced, major Incidents, etc)
- Develop continuous improvement plans for all infrastructure services and provide oversight for execution against agreed terms with vendors.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Technical and operational experience with Infrastructure and network at a large corporate global scale and ability to manage through key partners / Ability to remotely manage direct employees and partner network.
- Assignment of key vendor streams not limited to: Cisco, VMWare, Palo Alto, Netbackup, Nasuni, Citrix, Silverpeak, Windows, F5.
- 5-7 years experience at minimum in a large regional or Global functional organization.
- Degree qualified appropriate to the IT industry and role.
- ITIL qualified or strong exposure.
- Working knowledge of security standards including ISO27000.
- Strong practical working knowledge of deployed firewalls, WAN and LAN solutions, Wireless, Windows Servers, domains and Active Directory and general IT Operations at a similar scale (global).
- Experience with cloud related operations, preferably Azure, but focused on P2V or P/V2C (Physical / Virtual 2 Cloud) migrations and the ongoing BAU support of Cloud operations and billing.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet/Chef).
- Configuring cloud infrastructure components like networking and security services.
- Solid experience with Cisco products.
- Solid experience with VMWare Virtualization Platforms.
- Experience with SolarWinds is advantageous.
- A core understanding of the SDLC and supporting Application frameworks

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $136,000.00 - $160,000.00
