Manage/Lead regional supply chain cost, while supporting service, compliance, and safety: ·
Contribute to developing cost savings goals within the AMER region for supply chain ·
Material Planning Cost Savings ·
Process Improvement to drive cost savings ·
Project Owner for systems implementation ·
Cost savings projects to be identified, actions plan, timing and execution of desired savings ·
Logistics Leased Equipment for requirements for the region. ·
Inbound Logistics Cost Management for the region, minimizing accessorial including storage, detention, demurrage, leased costs and Leased equipment includes Tank Trailers, ISO Tanks, Intermodals, Chassis
Work with Service Providers, Site Leadership and Regional Teams to: ·
Understand drivers of controllable costs ·
Develop a solution to manage these costs ·
Implement continuous improvement program
Focus on identifying cost reduction opportunities vie more efficient equipment utilization, off-hiring
Drive improvements in service & cost for regional supply chain by working with Global Logistics COE, Regional Leaders, Procurement, SIOP, Site Operations and Six Sigma.
Lead cost saving initiatives thru projects, managing thru SAP PPM tool to deliver on KPI metric and deliverables
Execution of assigned tasks and strategic partnership to drive long term initiatives for business growth · Lead supply chain at TX01 for planning/logistics
Drive S&OP process at TX01 for strategic support of business growth, goals and metrics.
Works independently with minimal guidance in complex situations.
Serve as a consultant to AMER supply chain, site leadership and global teams for processes, procedures and process improvement for SC
The following are required for the role
Five years Supply Chain experience.
Minimum Assoc degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification desired. ·
APICS certification desired.
