The Role

Guided Medicare Solutions is an insurance agency founded in 2004 focused on offering affordable healthcare solutions. By partnering with healthcare providers and community organizations our team has established itself as one of the leading FMO's in the Medicare industry.Job Summary:

  • The Member Services Specialist is responsible for assisting Medicare members with inquiries and addressing concerns related to their healthcare coverage. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, with knowledge of healthcare regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responding to member inquiries via phone, email or chat.

  • Providing excellent customer service to members and ensuring a positive experience.

  • Reviewing member accounts and resolving billing or coverage issues.

  • Educating members about their healthcare benefits and coverage options.

  • Participating in training and development sessions to stay up-to-date on healthcare regulations and policies.


Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to work collaboratively with team members.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

  • A willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on healthcare regulations and policies.

Education & Experience:

  • Associate's degree in a relevant field

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance setting preferred

  • Familiarity with Medicare and healthcare regulations

  • MUST be comfortable taking phone calls
