Job Description:
Postul presupune:
Ambalarea și asigurarea produselor finite în vederea transportului. Procesul de ambalare trebuie să fie făcut în timp util (conform normelor de timp interne) respectând procesul iesire marfă a societății și a indicațiilor despre ambalare stipulate în comenzile de lucru.
Verificarea cantitativă și calitativ vizuală, ambalarea, cântărirea și etichetarea mărfii.
Întocmirea rapoartelor de calitate (QMeldung), înregistrarea lor în sistemul SAP și urmărirea rezolvării acestora în cazul inadvertențelor.
Alocarea comenzilor de lucru la piese și verificarea corectitunii pașilor de producție în comenzile de lucru.
Confirmarea în SAP/FL3 a pașilor de lucru aferenții operațiilor făcute (ambalare și livrare) și a comenzilor ieșite.
Verificarea și asigurarea stocului de ambalaje uzuale și speciale.
Protejarea, fixarea și asigurarea coletelor în vederea siguranței pe timpul transportului.
Respectă întocmai procedurile stabilite în cadrul societății privind operațiunea Ieșire Marfă.
Urmărește și raportează zilnic datele necesare întocmirii rapoartelor KPI Logistică.
Are responsabilitatea de a iniția, școlariza și evalua noii colegi.
