About the roleAs Senior Media Manager for Dyson's Amazon business, you’ll set and execute digital media strategies that make Dyson the obvious choice on Amazon across EMEA. Reporting to the Head of Amazon Business and Operations, you’ll ensure every campaign is seen by the right people, at the right time, and for maximum impact.
You’ll lead media strategy, planning, activation, and performance measurement. That means getting hands-on with Amazon’s platforms, working closely with Amazon’s own teams, Dyson’s commercial and digital leads, and our agency partners. Here, you’ll make bold decisions, measure what matters, and keep Dyson ahead on a platform that never stands still.
What you’ll do:
- Set Dyson’s annual and quarterly Amazon media strategy across EMEA, always aligned to our brand and business goals
- Plan, activate, and report on media campaigns in partnership with local markets, Amazon Advertising, and our media agencies
- Constantly optimise investment—relentlessly improving ROAS and sales
- Build strong links with Dyson’s category, commercial, and digital teams to line up plans, audiences, and priorities
- Shape best practice in Amazon media—testing new formats, adopting innovations fast, and sharing your learning widely
- Support launches for new Dyson products with sharp media strategy, creative briefs, and clear post-campaign insights
- Make sure Amazon media fits seamlessly into the wider Dyson e-commerce approach
- Track, trial, and roll out the latest in audience targeting and performance measurement
- Manage budgets, forecast spend, own performance insights, and share results that drive action
- Foster collaborative partnerships with Amazon Advertising and key stakeholders at Dyson
- Deep digital media expertise: 5–6 years in planning and buying, with retail media (especially Amazon) experience highly valued
