All about the role:
As Amazon Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in growing our Amazon business in line with our ambitions to double our sales on Amazon marketplaces over the next years. You will help us achieve this goal by driving visibility and conversion for our products and brands, supporting product launches, campaigns and key events and analysing our performance.
The position requires strong expertise in managing complex advertising structures and ensuring operational excellence across multiple European markets. A key responsibility will be to govern central agency activities for (SPA) and (DSP) campaigns, ensuring that strategies are optimized to deliver measurable impact. Continuous monitoring of performance metrics and proactive adjustments will be essential to maintain efficiency and achieve set objectives.
As Amazon Marketing Manager we expect you to leverage business intelligence to guide decision-making. This includes managing Power BI dashboards to provide accurate and timely insights into sales and marketing performance, enabling robust tracking and supporting budget planning processes.
Content quality and listing optimization will also be a major focus. This includes conducting audits to identify improvement opportunities and contributing to governance frameworks that guarantee accurate, engaging, and compelling product information. Delivering a seamless and premium consumer experience across all touchpoints will be fundamental.
To succeed in the role you need a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and markets. The position offers an opportunity to combine strategic thinking with operational execution in one of the most competitive e-commerce environments. As Amazon Marketing Manage you report to the E-commerce Marketing Lead for Europe.
Furthermore, you will also:
- Recommend and plan spending and set performance targets for local markets.
- Govern Amazon media toolbox including PacVue and Helium10 tools.
- Collect and implement requirements from cross functional organization.
- Create and automate market and industry reporting and analysis for relevant stakeholders.
- Help drive brand equity and brand consistency across marketplaces
- Define and track KPIs to measure content effectiveness, conversion uplift, and return on media investments
- Continuously optimize processes for media efficiency and profitable value share growth
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Amazon paid media and content activation or relevant experience within e-commerce or digital marketing, ideally in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Retail industries.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale marketplace operations on Amazon.
- Experience in Amazon tooling suite such as Vendor Central, PacVue, Amalytix, Helium10 etc.
- Business intelligence skills, experience in market analysis and dashboard management.
- Deep understanding of e-retailer ecosystems, governance frameworks, and marketplace activation.
