Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AMANDA Configuration / Developer Consultant to support the configuration, customization, integration, and maintenance of AMANDA platform solutions.

This role will focus on hands-on implementation, working closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to configure workflows, support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Configuration & Development

  • Configure and maintain AMANDA workflows, modules, and business processes
  • Implement folder structures, permissions, forms, and operational components
  • Support system enhancements and feature implementations

Integration & Technical Support

  • Support integrations with GIS, SSO/IAM, and external enterprise systems
  • Assist with AMANDA Web Services and API integrations
  • Ensure data consistency and system interoperability

Migration, Reporting & Documentation

  • Support document generation, reporting, and data migration
  • Configure reports and ensure data accuracy
  • Maintain technical documentation and configurations

Testing & Deployment

  • Participate in testing, defect resolution, and release activities
  • Support upgrades, patches, and performance optimization
  • Assist in deployment and environment management

Troubleshooting & Maintenance

  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues
  • Provide ongoing system support and maintenance
  • Assist in user support and issue resolution

Collaboration

  • Work closely with solution architects, BAs, integration teams, and stakeholders
  • Participate in workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
  • Support knowledge transfer activities

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in AMANDA configuration, development, or support
  • Experience working with municipal/public-sector AMANDA environments
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise workflow applications

Technical Skills

  • Experience with AMANDA configuration and customization
  • Knowledge of API integrations and enterprise systems
  • Experience supporting GIS, SSO/IAM, and analytics integrations
  • Strong troubleshooting and system support capabilities
