As member of platform team:
- Enforce sourcing decision taken in Platform SoCo on all P1 awards.
- Performs P1 SoCo for all Platform Components and issue whenever necessary Specific VRF and Letter of Nomination in line with Price Matrix, LTA & BL negotiated by Platform Purchasing Manager (Lead Buyer), and and sets targets according to full PF scope (Volumes, Costs..) in line with Segment strategies & Regional constraints
- Enforces Purchasing Decisions or support arbitration in front of his other Network peers"
Finalise contractual requirement for Platform component specific to the local entity with the project team such as S-VRF, Logistic Protocol...
- ensure Supplier full understanding of local requirement
- capture improvement proposals, and escalate them to the Platform Team
Monitor and anticipate capacity risks in line with PF volume ramp up
Makes the best possible use of all PuMa features and promote its usage among his project team.
Performs APQ pp process in co-ordination with project team and SQA network in SRM
Monitor Supplier achievement of PQA milestones according to Project Milestones
Assess pre-selected suppliers risk impacts on the project related to Development or Production capacity, Technical or Quality capability, financial sustainability. Proposes with Project team & Commodity organisation mitigation plan and ensures it properly recorded in PuMa SoCo section and/or One page documents..
Communicates to P1 Develoment centers and enforce PF Panel award in P1 - Respect of Standard
Identifies, Collects, Transversalizes, Implement Productivities on his PF Component worldwide
Defines and controls communication flows and contents between project teams and suppliers. Ensures all necessary documentation (Project & Supplier) is properly stored in PuMa (contracts, LON, LTA, BL)
Manage updates in Serial Life and triggers platform resources to engage qualification of changes with Technical and Customers networks.
Feed back to platform team members all Platform purchasing KPIs and lead the productivity action plan (VP & PTBV) to reach CAA Targets and ensures application of contracts (LTA, Price Roadmap) over Platform components lifetime
Ensures proper transfer to Serial Production including Productivity Actions yet to implement (PTBV)
Supports P1 project buyers using Platform components to ensure project will meet from SOP: (i) commodity strategy, (ii) localization needs of receiving plant, (iii) global leverage and securization of the supply base for the platform.
