Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Analyze business needs, spot problems, and shape practical solutions.
- Translate changing business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Improve workflows, boost productivity, and reduce risk across teams.
- Conduct meetings and workshops that uncover real issues and drive decisions.
- Test new system changes and make sure everything works as expected.
Desired Qualifications:
- Comprehensive professional experience in accounting
- Higher education in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver results
- Analytical thinking and ability to make informed decisions
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a high sense of responsibility.
Nice to Have:
- 2+ years in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or project work, especially in financial systems
- Knowledge of eFront or other accounting system
- Being familiar with alternative investment instruments
