Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Consulting Solutions (ICS) business, a part of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Client Segments, provides consulting services and solutions to institutional investors, including corporations, foundations, endowments, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, insurer, and Taft-Hartley funds. We work directly with Financial Advisors/Consultants and other key partners across the Firm to drive asset growth and scalable, centralized infrastructure, service models and tooling to ensure best in class support for this growing and complex business.

Position Summary:

The IIS EMEA team supports onshore partners by delivering key operational activities that help the business meet fiduciary obligations, maintain high standards of accuracy, and drive consistent execution across workflows.

Regulatory Operations / Performance Reporting Support – assisting with performance reporting across third-party platforms and tools, responding to inquiries, performing quality assurance and self-testing, and supporting accurate, timely reporting.

Alternative Investments Document & Data Processing – supporting daily retrieval, processing, workflow execution, and archiving of alternative investment statements and related documents into centralized repositories, while ensuring operational accuracy and control adherence.

You will collaborate with a variety of cross-functional and global stakeholders to identify trends, align processes, and continuously improve efficiency. Your role also includes team enablement responsibilities such as supporting communications, organizing team routines, maintaining shared resources, and promoting best practices.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Execute performance reporting functions across multiple client platforms (e.g., PARis, Envestnet, and other third-party tools) aligned to client requirements, including:

    • Accurate data entry and validation using client statements and supporting documentation

    • Completion of quality assurance (QA) checks to confirm accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined standards

  • Produce ad-hoc performance reporting by gathering required data attributes, validating inputs, and ensuring outputs meet established reporting standards and governance expectations.

  • Retrieve, process, and archive alternative investment statements and related transactional documentation into a centralized repository, ensuring correct indexing, version control, and audit-ready record retention practices.

  • Run daily workflows for alternative investment document intake, ensuring consistent handling, completeness checks, and appropriate routing/escalation in line with documented procedures.

  • Support day-to-day operational inquiries from onshore partners regarding document processing, workflow status, exceptions, and repository usage, providing timely updates and clear issue resolution paths.

  • Conduct self-testing and control assurance activities for tasks executed by the Budapest team to confirm compliance with defined procedures, guidelines, and control requirements; document evidence and outcomes as required.

  • Identify trends, recurring errors and process risks, documenting findings, including root-cause investigation to take corrective action and establish prevention measures

  • Build and maintain good working relationships with cross-functional and global partners to ensure coordinated delivery, consistent service standards, and effective stakeholder communication.

  • Support process standardization and best-practice sharing by helping align differences across teams, contributing to procedure documentation, and participating in alignment discussions to improve consistency across supported workflows.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 1-2 years of relevant financial services industry, project management, strategy, or related experience preferred.

  • You ar highly motivated and takes initiative.
