Notre site d’Amiens recrute un(e) alternant(e) pour rejoindre ses équipes de production et participer au pilotage de nos lignes de fabrication.
🎯 Ta mission (si tu l’acceptes)
Rattaché(e) au Responsable de Production, tu participes au pilotage opérationnel des lignes et à l’animation des équipes.
Au quotidien, tu seras amené(e) à :
⚙️ Production
Participer au déploiement du Plan Directeur de Production (PDP)
Suivre la performance via des indicateurs (KPI)
Contribuer à la mise en place d’actions d’amélioration en lien avec les équipes support
👥 Management
Accompagner le manager dans l’animation d’équipe
Participer à l’intégration et au suivi des collaborateurs
Contribuer à un rôle de relais RH de proximité auprès des équipes [
✅ Qualité & amélioration continue
Participer à la résolution de problèmes (QRQC, Lean…)
Contribuer à la mise en œuvre du 5S et au respect des standards
Veiller à l’application des procédures en production
🚀 Projets
Participer aux projets d’industrialisation
Apporter un support aux équipes Méthodes / Projets
🔍 Ton profil
Tu prépares une formation de type Bac+3 à Bac+5 en production industrielle, génie mécanique ou génie industriel.
Tes atouts :
Tu t’intéresses à la gestion de production et à l’environnement industriel
Tu as des bases en Lean (5S, résolution de problèmes…)
Tu es rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et orienté(e) résultats
Tu possèdes un bon relationnel et aimes travailler en équipe
Tu fais preuve d’adaptabilité et d’esprit d’initiative
Tu es à l’aise avec les outils informatiques (Office…)
Un niveau d’anglais professionnel est un plus
