What is Shotgun?

Shotgun is a leading platform dedicated to empowering live music event organizers and touring artists, driving the future of the live music industry. Our mission is to build the infrastructure that enables live music to thrive.

We provide powerful tools to sell tickets, build strong brands, and connect with fans in meaningful ways. From 2020 to 2024, Shotgun achieved rapid growth with GMV increasing 20x and revenue growing 30x - leading the company to profitability. Today, we support over 6,000 clients and engage more than 6,000,000 users across Europe, the US, and LATAM.

In the past seven years, Shotgun has raised €10M from Newfund, Venrex, One RagTime, Creator Collective, and BPI Culture Fund. We are a lean and dynamic team of 90 people, with offices in Paris, Miami, São Paulo, Lisbon, and Marseille. Our culture is built on passion, commitment, ownership, and humility.

The Role

As Shotgun grows across new territories and business lines, HubSpot is the system our Sales, Marketing and Ops teams touch every single day — and today, we're not getting nearly what we pay for out of it.

As our CRM Admin, you'll be embedded within the Global Operations team, reporting into RevOps, and working hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, our Sales Enablement Lead and our ops relays across markets. You will own B2B CRM's day-to-day reliability: the Lifecycle Stage and Lead Status logic that our funnel reporting depends on, the data quality that everyone assumes is there, the segments Marketing builds on, and the relationship with our HubSpot CSM.

This is a hands-on, ownership role. You'll be the person who notices when something's off in the CRM before anyone else does, who builds the guardrails so it doesn't happen again, and who makes sure that across every country and every team, HubSpot works the way it's supposed to.

What you will doData Quality
  • Own data quality across the CRM — including deduplication, data hygiene audits, imports/exports, and validation of lead, contact, account, and deal records.

  • Oversee data integrity within HubSpot CRM through data import management, data auditing, cleanup and deduping.

  • Run data quality reports to identify discrepancies and take corrective action to maintain data integrity.

Workflow automation
  • Own the definitions and the automation of Lifecycle Stage and Lead Status so that reporting is trustworthy; schedule a quarterly review of definitions.

  • Build and maintain workflows that set/progress Lifecycle Stage on objective triggers and keep Lead Status reflecting real sales activity.

Segmentation
  • Build and maintain segmented lists for the marketing team using contact/company/behavioural/deal criteria; own naming conventions and list hygiene.

User Support & Training
  • Serve as the frontline resource for internal end users to field questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems.

  • Provide first-line technical support, escalating complex configuration or system-wide issues to a senior owner.

  • Partner with country-level ops relays to ensure consistent, correct HubSpot usage and data entry across markets; maintain data-entry standards and coach relays; act as operational data steward.

Reporting Dashboards
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards (data-quality scorecards, lifecycle funnel, list/segment health) to support sales, marketing, and leadership visibility.

Continuous improvement
  • Own the operational relationship with our HubSpot CSM: run regular working sessions, track adoption of paid features we already own, and build a backlog that maximizes ROI on the subscription.

🤝🏼 On a Daily basis, you’ll strongly collaborate with

  • Revenue Operations Team (RevOps Manager + RevOps Engineer)

  • Sales reps, who are responsible for signing live-event music organizers

  • Event Marketing Team, who is responsible for organizing Shotgun branding events

  • Sales Enablement Lead, who is responsible to ease sales reps day-to-day

  • Ops relays abroad (US, Portugal, Brazil), who are responsible for enabling local teams
