Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) en “Offering& Pricing for Airbus Services”» vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 22 personnes au sein du département « Offering et Pricing » en charge de l’élaboration des contrats et de la définition des prix pour les offres de services autour de la cabine, la connectivité, les systèmes et structures des avions Airbus.  Cet apprentissage consistera à assister le responsable de l’équipe pour la mise en place d’une nouvelle gouvernance et nouveaux routines de contrôles ainsi que la digitalisation des routines de travail au sein des équipes localisées à Toulouse et à Hambourg

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2025 pour une durée de 2 ans .

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes

  • Déploiement et animation de la nouvelle tour de contrôle des opérations - cela inclus la mise en  place d’un tableau de bord de suivi pour tous les membres de l’équipe mais aussi la direction du service

  • Soutenir les efforts de digitalisation du département

  • Gérer le changement au sein de l'équipe, cela inclus le changement de la gestion financière de nos offres

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +5 dans le domaine de l'ingénierie industrielle pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

● Connaissances financières - niveau de base

● Connaissances informatiques -niveau de base

● Connaissances des systèmes industriels et gestion du flux

● Capacité de travailler en équipe

● Bon communiquant(e)

● Capable de s’adapter dans un environnement instable

● Compétences linguistiques : 

Anglais : avancé 

Français : intermédiaire 

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprentice for Services Offering and Pricing" has just opened within Airbus Commercial on Blagnac site. You will join the Airframe Services Offering & Pricing  department in charge of  the overall coordination of worldwide commercial activities for the Airbus Services when related to Aiframe and Connectivity.

This apprenticeship will consist in supporting the HO offering and Pricing team to deploy the new team governance and support the digital transformation journey.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2025 and will last 2 years.

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

-Deploy the Offering and Pricing WatchTower to support the team managers to follow and control the commercial offers issued 

- Deploy the Offering and Pricing cockpit and related Key performance indicators

- Act as a change agent within the teams to support them in our digitalisation journeys ( and help the team to rely on the new digital tools instead of endless email exchanges)

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a BAC+ 5 level training in the field of Industrial engineering or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

- Basic financial knowledge 

- IT and digital tools knowledge

- Industrial workflow knowledge

- Team player 

- Good communication skills

- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment

Language skills: 

English:advanced

French: intermediate

Our selection process:
