JOB SUMMARYThe role of a Tory Burch Allocator is responsible for managing initial allocations and replenishment of the range. Working alongside key stakeholders across the business (Planning, Buying, Marketing, DC, ECOM & Store Teams) the individual will ensure that there is the right flow of stock through the business to meet target financial plans and profitability.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include:
Trading
- Owns weekly reporting: S&D, store stock report
- Communicates regularly with stores to address needs and stock inquiries.
- Manages and updates teams on OOS and expected delivery dates on all replenishable lines.
- Investigates stock inaccuracies and works with Senior Allocator resolve issues.
- Shares weekly delivery / in transit tracker with GMs & retail
- Manages the weekly replenishment to DTC doors (Full Price, ECOM and Outlets)
- Manages RTV communication to stores and tracks returns requested by deadline.
- Manages weekly replenishment builds for key promotional events across DTC doors.
- Prepares various store analysis to continually drive sales.
- Support in ad hoc analysis
Candidate Requirements
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Must have Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. Vlookup, Pivot)
- Has previously experience using allocation systems (e.g JDA, SAP)
- Has previously experience Allocation role (in luxury-fashion is a plus)
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
