Our ALLEX Rotational Program  is designed to introduce college students to Air Liquide and the industrial gas industry. Air Liquide supplies oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and many other specialty gasses, molecules, services and technologies to a wide range of industries, providing customers with innovative solutions that are vital to their industrial production and sustainability. Located in over 78 countries, we have more than 1,000,000 customers globally in diverse industries such as steel, food and beverage, electronics and pharmaceuticals.

Available ALLEX Traditional Track (24 months): Three, eight month rotational job assignments, this track is structured to accelerate the development of critical industry knowledge, practical skills and hands-on experience. Participants rotate across Technical, Operations, Project, or Business functions, collaborating with various teams across the organization. The program provides participants the opportunity to work on challenging projects that foster innovation and creative thinking. Upon successful completion of the program, participants transition into a full-time position within the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in  Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field

  • Expected graduation of May 2027

  • Minimum cumulative overall GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale)

  • Must be able to provide own daily transportation to/from work 

  • Must secure and finance own housing

  • Previous co-op or intern experience required

  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

  • Must be open and flexible to relocate anywhere in the US during and post program

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to analyze data

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

  • Detail oriented and strong problem solving and decision making skills

  • Able to work with all levels of employees and management within the organization

  • Comfort and ability to work within ambiguity

  • Willingness and desire to travel and remain mobile during and upon successful completion of the program

  • Experience in the industrial gas industry
