The Opportunity:
The All-Source Analyst – CC&D position will research and exploit key data sources to assess technical capabilities of foreign ground forces, populate and maintain databases on foreign Camouflage, Concealment, and Deception (CC&D) systems, conventional weapons, command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems.
You will leverage and apply intelligence analysis expertise to weapon technology, combat environments, and tactics to develop assessments of intentions and capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities of military systems and technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Integrate and analyze technical information on foreign CC&D focusing on potential vulnerabilities and threats to critical functions, within military contexts. This includes broad ground weapon systems and technology studies.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources, including open-source intelligence (OSINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), and technical analysis to understand potential CC&D threats.
• Conduct analysis of current and future system capabilities, limitations, and/or vulnerabilities resulting in the production of comprehensive all-source assessments, engineering analysis reports of assessed technical capabilities, and populate and maintain System Parametric Information Relational Intelligence Tool (SPIRIT) models on CC&D systems.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Journeyman: BA/BS degree in a related field and5 years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst on DoD related programs and projects.
- Senior: MA/MS degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst on DoD related programs and projects.
- Active in scope DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
- Ability to conduct analysis and produce comprehensive technical assessments that include independent research and technical writing in accordance with ICD 203 and 206 standards.
- Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining focus on research objectives defined by the client.
Desired:
- Experience in supply chain analysis and or experience in materials manufacturing and structure/property relationships as they pertain to CC&D design and implementation.
