Alienware Public Relations and Product Reviews Advisor
Dell Technologies is looking for a passionate and strategic Advisor to lead Public Relations and Product Reviews for Alienware, one of the most iconic and innovative gaming brands in the world. This role sits within the global communications team and will partner closely with the consumer PR lead, product reviews team and key stakeholders across the company to shape how Alienware shows up in the media, earns attention, and builds trust with gamers and tech enthusiasts globally.

What you'll achieve
You’ll drive communications strategies and review programs that span major product announcements, launches, industry events, and thought leadership—ensuring Alienware maintains a powerful, differentiated voice in a fast-evolving gaming landscape.
You Will:
Develop and execute integrated communications strategies for Alienware, including product PR, reviews, and brand storytelling.
Lead day-to-day PR and reviews, collaborating with product, marketing, and global comms teams.
Strengthen Alienware’s media presence with top-tier tech press, YouTube, and digital platforms, cultivating strong media and influencer relationships.
Translate technical roadmaps into compelling narratives for media and end users, ensuring alignment with product launches, brand campaigns, and thought leadership.
Support PR activations for major events and campaigns, monitor media coverage, and provide insights to enhance strategy.

Essential Requirements
Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including media, influencers, and community dynamics.
Proven success in leading PR campaigns and managing product reviews in fast-paced environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft tailored stories for diverse media audiences.
Skilled at building and managing media relationships across traditional and emerging platforms, and working across functions and geographies.
Deep passion for gaming and technology, with a strategic mindset, collaborative spirit, and a bias for action.
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or brand communications, preferably in gaming, consumer tech, or entertainment.

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $94,000 to $122,000.
