- Lead a world-class team, with focus on innovative cutting-edge research.
- Oversee algorithmic concept and feasibility for algorithmic modules , including problem statement definition, concept selection, risks, and mitigations.

Execution and Delivery:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex algorithmic projects developed by the team.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and executed efficiently.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in computer vision, deep learning, and related fields.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring the use of best practices and innovative approaches.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of robust, scalable, and efficient algorithms.
Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for algorithm teams.
- Identify new opportunities and drive the innovation roadmap.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align team efforts with overall company strategy.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments.
- Present technical concepts and project updates to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders (Product, Business, Application.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on computer vision and deep learning.
- 10+ years of experience in computer vision and deep learning.
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience in a technical role.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, computer vision, and deep learning algorithms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
