The Role
As a 24/7 Alert Monitoring Analyst your primary duty will be to monitor, analyze, and respond to alerts concerning system performance and fraud prevention through the utilization of AI-driven tools. You will work on a shift-based schedule to guarantee continuous coverage, assessing alerts for their severity, investigating potential risks, and taking the necessary actions, which may include escalating issues to the appropriate teams. Your position plays a vital role in maintaining the security and integrity of our operations. The team is focused on improving the Company’s capability to promptly and effectively manage alerts around the clock.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze incoming alerts to determine severity and prioritize responses accordingly;
- Investigate and resolve or escalate alerts as per established procedures;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks;
- Document all alert monitoring activities and maintain accurate logs;
- Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders on alert status and resolution;
- Support investigations by providing relevant logs and alert history;
- Collaborate with IT, compliance, fraud prevention, and other teams to resolve issues;
- Participate in incident response efforts by providing real-time monitoring insights.

To be considered you should have:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail in AI-driven environments.;
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to fraud detection and prevention will be considered as plus;
- Clear communication skills with the ability to convey complex information concisely;
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications and other relevant software tools;
- AI-literate mindset with a practical approach to identifying relevant tools and integrating them into workflows to solve business problems and drive efficiency;
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
