Job Summary:
AJC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks related to international trade. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global business environment and develop essential skills for a future career in the commercial and logistics areas.
Scope of Responsibility:
- Maintain communication with customers regarding international export shipments
- Update order status, inventory, and shipping schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Credit, Logistics)
- Track containers and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Support issue resolution and customer service follow-up
- Assist with reporting and contract compliance tracking
- Keep organized client contact lists and profiles

Education & Experience:

- Candidates must speak, read, and write English fluently.
Computer Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
