We are currently recruiting an Air Cargo Export Expediteur to join our very skilled and dynamic operations team in Amsterdam where you will be responsible for Import shipments while providing excellent customer service, and where your line manager is ready to train and support you in your personal development.

Your key responsibilities will be:

1.Communicating with clients which goes hand in hand with troubleshooting 

2.Dealing with different situations will however challenge your assertiveness, you will have the ability to think outside of the box and solve problems

3.You can take advantage of interactions with agents, shipping companies and customs bodies because it enables you to learn more about business and grow your professional network

4.Issue and monitor transportation documents and electronic data processing

5.We use our internal visibility and collaboration platform which will make your day-to-day life so much easier.

Your background and experience should be:

1.At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the Air freight forwarding sector

2.High competency in handling Exports

3.Ideally fluent in both English and Dutch 

4.Demonstrative problem solving skills

5.A passion for transport and logistics, 

6.Ideally educated to degree level
