Candidate MUST:

- The product owner works with the Business lead and is focused on providing direction and prioritization for the cross-functional AI team, ensuring everyone remains focused on the overall vision and road map.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to materialize leadership vision and provide innovative approach to define solutions(s)
- Communicate persuasively to the right audience to get buy-in and feedback
- Proactively problem solve and distribute information effectively
- Build business cases and define requirements and wireframes for new feature enhancements, products, and services
- Capture, analyze, leverage and share customer insights – understand the varied Stakeholders and the conceptualize solutions for different asks
- Create and implementing QA test plans for pre- and post-launch features
- Triage bugs and feature requests
- Customer-Centric Product Development: You’ll work directly with customers, gathering insights that drive product direction and ensuring their needs are at the heart of every decision. You’ll synthesize feedback to create solutions that truly delight users.
- Hands-On Product Execution: Roll up your sleeves and lead by example. You’ll craft detailed user stories and product specs, ensuring alignment across teams. You’ll prioritize ruthlessly, making the tough calls to triage bugs, features, and feedback in real-time.
- End-to-End Ownership: Take products from concept to delivery. You’ll define the roadmap, set clear priorities, and work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-impact products that solve real customer problems.
- Iterative & Agile Mindset: You believe in continuous improvement. You’ll iterate rapidly based on customer feedback and testing results, delivering frequent, incremental releases that push the product forward.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and shared vision. Your job is to drive momentum, eliminate blockers, and keep the team laser-focused on delivering value.
- Data-Driven Decisions: You’ll use metrics and customer insights to inform decisions, continuously measuring what matters to ensure the product’s success and iterating where needed.
What You Bring:
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field; Master degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience as a project manager, product manager, data analyst, management consultant or similar role
- Proven ability to proactively use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships
- Experience handling complexity and navigating ambiguity with teams on large scale 0 to 1 projects from concept to execution
- Experience working with product teams or programs from road-mapping through delivery (phased releases)
- Experience managing large-scale machine learning models and/or applications in production, including batch and Real Time data processing, model containerization, CI/CD, REST APIs
- Proven Product Ownership: 12+ years of experience in product management, taking multiple products from 0 to 1. You’ve owned the product lifecycle from initial concept, through to launch and scaling.
- Customer-First Approach: You’re deeply passionate about understanding customer needs. You constantly seek feedback, iterate on solutions, and keep the customer at the forefront of every product decision.
- Hands-On & Detail-Oriented: You thrive in the details. Whether it’s writing user stories, defining requirements, or working through edge cases, you’re deeply involved in the day-to-day execution.
- Triage & Prioritization: You excel at making tough calls. You know how to juggle competing priorities, fix critical issues quickly, and decide what gets shipped and what gets cut—always based on customer impact.
- Agile Leadership: You’ve led cross-functional teams in Agile environments, building roadmaps, leading sprints, and delivering iteratively with a focus on constant learning and improvement.
- Bias for Action: You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You’re unafraid to take risks, experiment, and fail fast in the pursuit of delivering great products.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Start-up experience or Tech industry experience preferred
- Startup and/or Big Tech Experience: You’ve thrived in high-growth startups where the pace is fast and innovation is constant. You know how to pivot, iterate, and drive outcomes in environments where ambiguity is the norm.
- Big Consulting firm/FAANG experience preferred
- Programming with at least one software programming language experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Technical Fluency: While you may not code, you’re comfortable discussing technical trade-offs and working closely with engineering to ensure the product is feasible and scalable.
- Strategic & Hands-On Balance: You can think big picture but also dive deep into the details to make things happen. You’re as comfortable setting a long-term vision as you are reviewing wireframes or prioritizing a backlog.

Pay Range:Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
