（AIG損保）代理店向けコンサルティング営業担当者

■仕事の内容

　専業プロ代理店を担当し、売上貢献のために企画・提案など代理店に対してコンサルティングするお仕事です。※個人・法人への直接営業はございません。

　複数の代理店を担当し、販売戦略をたて売上に貢献いただきます。代理店の方からの信頼も厚く、誇りとやりがいを持てるお仕事です。

　本社と地域事業本部の方針に則り戦略・施策を遂行していただくことを期待します。

　中長期的には難易度の高いマーケット開発や将来専業プロ代理店となる研修生の採用・育成などもお任せしていきます。保険商品のみならず仕事を通じて幅広く多くのことを学び、プロフェッショナルに成長できます。

【教育研修】

　座学とOJTを組み合わせ、保険の知識や業務の流れを徐々に覚えて業務対応を行っていただきます。入社者のほとんどが未経験者です。未経験者でもしっかりと育成していきますのでご安心ください。

■必要とされるスキル・経験

【必須】営業経験をお持ちの方（個人法人不問）

【最終学歴】学士号または同等の学位

■勤務条件

【雇用形態】正社員(期間の定めなし)

【給与】想定年収：512万円～910万円　※給与はご経験・スキルに応じて決定します。

　　　　月給370,577円～（基本給277,933円～、固定残業代92,644円～）

　　　　※固定残業代の相当時間：42.0時間/月

　　　　賞与：年一回支給

【就業時間】9時～17時　所定労働時間7時間　※残業が発生する場合あり

【通勤手当】会社規定に基づき支給

【休日】完全週休二日制　土日祝、年末年始（12/30～1/3）

【有給休暇】初年度入社直後に5日もしくは10日（入社月による）、最高付与日数20日

　　　　　　毎年4月に年次有給休暇に加えて特別付加有給休暇7日を付与

　　　　　　全社員の2023年有給休暇取得日数：平均23日

【その他】フレックスタイム制度（コアタイム無し）、リモートワーク制度、標準的福利厚生制度（ベネフィットステーション等）

【転勤】有、希望勤務地制度に従って、希望勤務エリア内または全国への転勤を選択することができます。

　・希望勤務地制度は、北海道から沖縄まで日本全国を11の勤務エリアに区分し、その中から希望勤務エリアを選択し、そのエリア外へ転勤することなく、希望する地域に根付いてキャリアを築いていく制度です。

　・希望勤務エリアは、育児や介護といった個人の様々な事情やライフステージの状況に応じて変更を申請することが可能です。

　・11の勤務エリア：札幌エリア、仙台エリア、さいたまエリア、東京エリア、富山エリア、名古屋エリア、大阪エリア、広島エリア、松山エリア、福岡エリア、沖縄エリア

　・多様なキャリア（様々な経験）を重視して、全国転勤も選択可能です。
