職務目的(Job Purpose)
コーポレートセグメント(大企業・中堅企業セグメント)分野の企業財物保険の引受業務を、与えられた権限内もしくは上席者や指定されたアンダーライターへ照会しながら行い、基幹商品の推進と収益の確保を通じて、担当領域の予算達成に責任を持つ
職責(Job Responsibilities)

- 企業財物保険種目のうち引受権限を有するものについて、担当分野における保険引受業務を行い、引受権限を有しない事案については、上席者や指定されたアンダーライターに照会して対応し、担当業務の予算達成および収益性確保に責任を持つ
- コーポレート財物保険課長のチーム運営を補佐するとともに、チームに所属する下位職のアンダーライターの支援・指導・育成を行う
- Uuderwriterツールを活用し、またリスクエンジニア、モデラー、アクチュアリー、他のアンダーライターと協力しながら、リスクの分析を行うとともに顧客向けの見積もりを提示する
- 企業財物保険の浸透、成長と収益性の向上に向けて担当分野における施策を立案・遂行する
- 営業部門と協力しながら必要に応じてブローカー・代理店・顧客と直接コミュニケーションを図り交渉を行う
- 大企業・中堅企業セグメント部門と協力してセグメント戦略を進める
- 企業財物保険の戦略を遂行・支援するために、営業・マーケティング・損害サービス・事務・IT・研修・営業企画部門と協働する
- 損害サービス部門・数理部門と協力して、保険事故発生傾向の分析・予測ならびに約款とその解釈についての見解提供を行う
- 業務の効率化のために事務・システム・損害部門と協力する
- リスクエンジニアリング部門の活用・連携
- 担当分野において企業財物保険ラインの情宣活動を行い(成約事例紹介・売れ筋情報や業務関連情報等の提供。資料作成含む)、そのためにマーケット情報・他社動向を含めた情報収集を行う

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Business level English
