(AIG Sonpo) 商品数理部アクチュアリー

職務目的（Job Purpose）

• 各商品（自動車保険、個人火災保険、傷害保険、企業火災保険、企業賠償保険等）における保険料算出等のアクチュアリー業務を遂行する。

• 収益の拡大を目指して関係各部を数理的にサポートする。

• メンバーと協働し、アクチュアリー業務の技能・知識をレベルアップする。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

1.料率算出業務

• 保険料率決定のための各種分析、試算の実行、その結果の説明をサポートする。

2. 分析業務

• 定期的な分析を実施し、商品設計／料率検証プロセスに継続的に関与する。

• 目的に応じた個別詳細分析を実施し、それら分析結果を関連部署に提供（説明を含む）することで、商品設計、引受ルール作成、各種施策のプロセスをサポートする。

• 引受チーム等と協働し、ポートフォリオ管理をサポートする。

3.認可申請・届出業務（主に個人商品）

• 認可申請チームと密接に協働し、保険数理に関する認可申請書類（算出方法書および保険料算出の根拠等）の作成および金融庁との認可折衝遂行をサポートする。

4. ファイナンス業務

• 商品チームと密接に協働し、担当する保険商品の収益性および成長目標の計画策定をサポートし、その計画の進捗をモニタリングする。

• 会計処理（IBNR見積手法を含む）の変更の有無およびその影響を確認する。

5. スキル向上

• 常に新しい技術・最新の知識の取得を図り、自らおよびチームメンバーの技能向上を目指す。

• 他商品のアクチュアリーの行動を把握し、自らが担当する保険商品の数理業務に利用する。

• 自己啓発（アクチュアリー資格取得等）に対して真摯に取組み、かつ結果を残す。

必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and Experiences）

　最終学歴

• 学士号または同等の学位（必須ではないが理数系であることが望ましい）

　スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許

【資格】

• 日本アクチュアリー会の科目合格があることが望ましいが、今後挑戦でも可（挑戦してもらうことは必須）。

【スキル】

• 各種分析用ソフトウェアを利用した経験があることが望ましい。

• 英語の読み書きに抵抗感がないこと（会話できれば尚可）。

【性格/気質】

• データ（数字）をみること、およびプログラムを書くことに抵抗がないこと（“好きなこと”が望ましい）。

• 未経験のツールへアプローチすることに親和性が高いこと。

• 与えられた仕事に対して責任感が強いこと。

• 他のメンバーとの協調性に富むこと。

• 自己啓発や業務経験を増やすことに、強い意識があること。

• オフィスでの勤務について抵抗感がないこと。

　業務経験

• 保険数理、データ分析あるいは損害保険分野での経験が望ましいが、未経験でも可。

　※グレードは経験、科目合格状況などにより16もしくは18で決定する。
