  • 主に金融機関、総合・専門商社、製造・運輸・建設・住宅販売等の事業会社を母体とする企業代理店及び保険仲立人(ブローカー)を通じ、大企業・中堅企業へのリスクソリューションの提供を起点として各種損害保険商品を提案することで、収益を拡大する事が部門の目的です。

  • お客様に誠実に向き合いながら、企業代理店と信頼関係を築き、共に成長できる環境を作っていくことが、営業担当者に期待される重要な役割です。

  • 企業代理店、仲立人の皆様に、AIGの有する様々なValueをご理解頂き、それを活かした、お客様に最適なソリューションを提案する。

  • 社内外の関係者との良好なコミュニケーションを通じて、収益を伴う成長に向けた施策を検討し、実行する。

  • 将来のリーダー候補として、チーム内での情報共有、各種施策の実行計画の立案、人材育成にも参画予定。
