職務目的（Job Purpose）

• コンタクトセンター領域の企画・設計・業務改善を通して、コンタクトセンターの運営を最適化し、コンタクトセンターの業務生産性の向上と顧客及びビジネスパートナー（代理店）の顧客満足度の最大化を実現

職責（Job Responsibilities）

• コンタクトセンター領域のデータベースからデータ分析及びデータ提供

• 会社施策に基づく、課題整理、あるべき改善策の提案

• コンタクトセンターのKPI(応答率・放棄率・平均処理時間等）のレポートやKPI改善を目的とした提案

• コンタクトセンターへの新たな業務プロセスやソリューションの展開

• 上記に伴うプロジェクトの運営

• 学士号または同等の学位

• データ分析スキル（ExcelやPower BI等を用いた集計）

• コミュニケーション力・調整力（コンタクトセンターとの協力や他部門との調整）

• 資料作成スキル（Excel、Word、Powerpoint）

• 英語力（TOEIC：780点以上）

• コンタクトセンター領域の知識があれば、尚可

• CRM（Salesforce）やCTI（Genesys Cloud）の知見者歓迎

• 変化に柔軟に対応し、新しい業務や分野に前向きかつ積極的にチャレンジする姿勢

• 周囲と円滑にコミュニケーションを図り、自身の考えや意見を伝えることができる
