(AIG Sonpo) 自動車保険部 マネージャー

職務目的（Job Purpose）

• 自動車保険は、AIG損保の事業の約4割を占め、AIG損保において安定的に収益を伴う成長を継続させるための重要な商品です。
• 当社の自動車保険の収益を伴う成長を実現するため、恒常的に良好な損害率を維持するための引受（アンダーライティング）戦略、損害率の良いマーケットの特定と攻略、それらを実現する商品の開発や統廃合を、柔軟に実施できる変革プロジェクトに従事します。
• Military Businessのオペレーション全般の企画・運営、自動車保険部内の事務業務の効率化・生産性改善などにも従事します。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

適性を踏まえて、以下のいずれかの業務に従事頂きます。また、共通的に全社的な自動車保険の契約管理システム刷新プロジェクトへの参画も期待されます。

• アンダーライティング
  保険契約の引き受け可否判断や、データに基づき引受条件・保険金額・保険料率を踏まえた戦略的な引受ガイドラインの策定や改良、これらを通じて適切なポートフォリオミックスを実現します。また引き受け業務全体を変革し、募集タイミングでの引き受け可否判断を実現する引き受けエンジンの設計やプロセスの最適化をリードいただきます。
• 商品開発
  保険商品に関する細かなルール設定を行う募集文書の作成から、補償内容・保険料・監督官庁との折衝、商品を販売・計上するシステムの要件定義、保険商品に関する照会対応などを担います。また商品・特約の開発・改定のみならず、標準商品代理店手数料の改定対応を担います。
• PC事務・ミリタリービジネス
  自賠責・審査業務・その他の自動車保険商品部における各種事務関連業務の生産性改善・効率化、ミリタリービジネスのオペレーション全般の企画・運営・管理を担います。
• 企画推進
  各地域特性も踏まえた収益の高いマーケットの調査や他社と差別化できる比較推奨販売戦略の企画・立案、新たなセールスの仕組みづくり、営業店・代理店への研修実施を通じて、AIGの自動車保険の収益を伴う成長を推進します。

• TOEIC 785点以上、英語で社外とコミュニケーション取れるスキルがあることが望ましい

• ファクトとロジックとデータに基づく思考
• 文書作成、各種校正、交渉等の地道な業務への対応が粘り強くできる
• システムの要件定義が出来ること、ポートフォリオマネジメントの経験があると尚可

　業務経験

• 自動車保険に関する営業経験、事務処理対応、または損害サービス業務の経験
• 保険引受、商品開発や事務改善のプロジェクト等への参画経験があれば尚可
• 各種ビジネス・サービス開発の新規企画立案と実行、ベンダーコントロールの経験あれば尚可
